The child has been moved to a specialist hospital, where they are in a critical but stable condition.
A toddler is in a critical condition after falling from a block of flats in east London.
Police were called shortly after 6.50pm on Monday to East India Dock Road in Poplar, where a child was said to have "fallen from height".
They were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to a major trauma centre, London Ambulance Service (LAS) said.
An air ambulance also attended the scene.
The child was later transferred to a specialist hospital and is in a critical but stable condition, according to police.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said no arrests have been made.
The road was closed off at the junction with Chrisp Street and Newby Place, as of 8.30pm on Monday.
