Ukrainian officials have been collecting passports and IDs in anticipation of Russian saboteurs arriving on boats. The structure of the collapsed Kakhovka dam is expected to "deteriorate further" in the coming days, causing additional flooding, according to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD).
