WWE icon Triple H left fans stunned after sharing a photo of a horror injury he sustained at Crown Jewel.
The star, 49, shared the image of his pectoral and bicep covered in purple bruising.
He said he was set to go under the knife, tweeting: "Surgery in the AM...makes you stronger."

And fans couldn't believe their eyes at the graphic nature of his injury.
One wrote: "Ouch, praying for a speedy recovery."
Another added: "Oh my God. Hope everything goes well, Trips.
"You're badass as hell for finishing that match."

And a fellow fan said: "Damn, Paul. That is some snarly bruising.
"Best of luck with surgery and I wish you a speedy recovery."
Others were using the picture as a means for nostalgia, looking back on other times he has fought through pain.
One hailed: "Remember the match when HH tore his quad muscle off his knee? I thought he was done for sure."
A fan agreed, saying: "Yeah that was unbelievable how he kept going man, the man is a machine he will always have my utmost respect.
"He has had such a stellar career and to think the man still goes out and laces those boots for us fans, legend."
